The Bob May Golf Academy is headed by renowned PGA Tour Professionals Bob May and Jeff Gallagher. Together, Bob and Jeff have 45 years of professional golf under their belts which includes playing the PGA, European, Asian, Japanese, Australian and Nationwide Tours. They have decided to give back to the game that has given them so much and their goal is to make the game of golf more enjoyable for everyone. The academy’s focus reaches out to a full range of players from the high-handicap golfer to those with aspirations to play competitive golf. - Private lessons are an effective way to hone in on areas of particular concern. Your instructor can evaluate your technique and tailor lessons to achieve your goals. They can be purchased individually or as a series of 5 under Package Lessons. Private lessons are available with any of the Bob May Golf Academy instructors.
- Group lessons are available six days a week, March through November, and two days a week, December through February. The student to instructor ratio is a maximum of 6 to 1. Group lessons are 1 hour and are perfect for the beginning golfer who is just starting out or the advanced golfer who needs a tune up. The lesson will address each student’s individual needs and questions. Rate is based on number in group.
- Package lessons are available at a discount rate to the instructors normal hourly rate and can be split up into 1 hour segments. Packages are designed for students who wish to work with and instructor for and extended amount of time with more flexibility.
- Playing lessons are excellent for learning proper course management and an ideal environment for your instructor to take you through those parts of your game that are a persistent frustration. The entire course becomes your classroom, and the new skills you are learning become integrated into your game. Having an instructor at your side is a sure way to increase your confidence and improve your game. (cart and green fee included)
- Daily lessons are an excellent way to accelerate the training process; you will learn a lifetime of short game and putting skills. The Daily lesson teaches you to improve the skills you need most in a fun 6 hour golf clinic. This is more than a mere golf lesson.
- The Ultimate Package: Your foursome spends the day with Bob May and plays 18 holes of golf. (cart and green fee included)
- Video Analysis: Send us your video and we’ll fix your swing.
- Club Fitting: Complete club fitting with the Ping nFlight fitting system.
